Donating Funds to 2LF
Donations from caring individuals, organizations, churches and companies are the source of the great majority of the money needed to operate 2 Li'l Fishes and serve our neighbors in need.
Our food comes from the Greater Chicago Food Depository. Some of their deliveries are free through government-subsidized programs. Other items cost money. Each year the G.C.F.D. holds a fundraising event at the Lake, where donations go into special accounts for each member agency, but that covers only a portion of the total yearly expense.
2 Li'l Fishes is grateful for every dollar donated to help us. We operate without much formality, frills or fanfare, investing many hours of personal time each month to run a safe, sanitary and efficient organization.
Please consider donating to 2 Li'l Fishes today. Your check can be made out to 2 Li'l Fishes and sent to us at 941 W. Lawrence Avenue, P.O. Box 408319, Chicago IL 60640. All donations are completely tax deductible and appropriate paperwork will be sent to each donor.
